It's Stress Awareness Month, and we are loving the organiser's #LittleByLittle theme and a focus on how small actions can drive a bigger positive changes to our mental health and wellbeing.

They are talking about promoting your own and others' sense of belonging by connecting with new or reconnecting with old friends... prioritising better sleep... getting out in nature and, of course, exercising. We know being more active more of the time is a key magic ingredient when it comes to reducing stress.  It reduces the body's stress hormones and stimulates the production mood-boosting endorphins, it promotes confidence as you build strength and stamina, and it's the perfect way to get away from daily stresses with new or familiar company in the gym or class or pool. And at this time of year you can enjoy daily time in nature with a walk, run or cycle.
