We are going for the Seated Strength class this month, and the online version! We know how much everyone has missed the comradery of classes (and the way that group effort helps sustain long term activity). But we are keenly aware that those who are less mobile have missed out most, feeling less able to take a run across the park or cycle through the country. This is where Seated Strength comes into its own.
