This can be a bleak time if you’re working to reach a healthy weight. Dark nights can reduce activity, and this is the season of comfort foods to compensate. But there are ways to avoid piling on pounds you’ve worked so hard to lose. 

 Eat regularly to starve off snack cravings, and stock up on healthy snacks (nuts, fruit, veg sticks) so you won’t be tempted by the trick or treat sweetie surplus. And stick with a regular bedtime when you can. Later nights can too easily lead to late night snacks!
