Halo is a community biased 'not for profit' social enterprise. Every single time you use our centres you are personally investing in improving the service and the facilities we provide.  We're managed by a Board of Trustees who are drawn from across the County representing a broad balance of Community Focus and commercial and business enterprise.  Two Local Councillors sit on the Board of Trustees.

To ensure that the service you expect is delivered wherever - and whenever - you visit, we're undertaking an 18 month project to upgrade all of our policies, processes and procedures across all our sites.

Our methods, our structure and our customer service are audited by Quest, the UK Quality Scheme for Sports and Leisure, which is endorsed and supported by Sport England.
